Realtor, Entrepreneur, Advisor, Speaker, and Author Erik Brown has sold hundreds of properties in multiple states, started and sold multiple businesses and investments, and pushed the envelope of life countless times. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Brown is the author of “1 in a Million,” arguably the most influential book for those in need of a professional Realtor experience.
Erik is outside the box and comically questions authority, but most importantly, he is determined and efficient. His thought-provoking and detailed views of the home buying and selling process have earned him speaking engagements across the country. Every year, he and his agents work with hundreds of home buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams. One of the best real estate agent in Beverly Hills.
I believe in thinking differently, in challenging the status quo by providing a one of a kind service that is personal, engaging, and makes people happy. I happen to sell homes.

It would be such a pleasure to be of service, and I am looking forward to meeting you.
Like so many before me, I left the small-town USA to chase the dream and bright lights of Los Angeles real estate. I still have great ties and fond memories of Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes. Yes, I do occasionally sound like the cast of “Fargo.”
Having an entrepreneurial itch since 1998, beyond helping others with their home goals, I have a passion for Buying, fixing/building, and selling (flipping) houses; between myself and my investors, I’m over 100 and counting.
When not flipping, I try to take an international trip or 2 per year to far off lands; my curiosity towards other people and cultures can be insatiable. I also enjoy a good sweat and will get to the gym, hike, bike, beach, or SOMETHING active several times a week. Though I’m a pretty healthy eater, I find it near impossible to avoid a piece of pumpkin pie.
All in all, I really want to be a good son, brother, colleague, and friend to those I have the pleasure of knowing.
